“This morning I drove up to the car wash and realized I did not have my wallet with me. I asked Kaulen, If I could get A courtesy car wash or used my debit card in my phone. But he told me that machine would not allow that.
So he directed my attention to the free car. Wash code and allow me to get a wash. He was very helpful.
And although I have used this car wash since it opened even though it has changed hands many times it is always my go to car wash and I used to have a subscription but my job is in the other direction so I use a different car wash on grand Avenue. I went there today and it was close because it's broken so I can't here to that closest car wash and he was able to help and I really do appreciate it.”
“I bring both of my vehicles to the Lake Pleasant Grease Monkey for regular service needs. Jake is a great service manager and doesn't try to oversell anything. He is an honest, friendly person who explains what he does and makes sure you are satisfied. Just had my AC recharged last week. I am always pleased with Grease Monkey.”

“This is the best car wash on the West Side by Raceway 67th Avenue don't do as good and 51st Avenue they're doing a terrible job but 83rd and Encanto is my favorite place because Hector seems to be doing a great job there and it's been like that for quite a while so I recommend 83rd and Encanto if you want your car wash with everything that works keep up the good work Hector”
“Best car wash! Quick and for a basic wash 9 dollar wash was all I needed and my car was cleaner than expensive Scottsdale car washes for more than 20 dollars! Hatty was so kind she didn’t pressure me into a membership like all the other car washes I have been to specifically in Scottsdale. 5 stars for Hatty and customer service and equipment. Loved the 2 different size vacuum nozzles and high suction pressure. Would definitely come back if in the area!!”

“I arrived with a coupon for a free car wash that I had laying around and when I got here to use it the machine read it as being already used. I thought that was it and was going to pay for the car wash anyways, but Joseph and Gabriel accepted that coupon anyways and gave me the car wash on the house! Two solid people and amazing service to their patrons!”

“Super Star Car Wash is one of the best car wash I been through. Most car washes don't get the top of my car very good, but this one does. They also have great vacuums and clean towels and a powerful blower.”
“The car wash was clean and I was greeted promptly. The site manager took the time to explain the different membership packages but definitely should update the name tags. Nino helped when I couldn’t get the vacuum hose out of the holder because of the increase suction of the hose. I saw the local police department uses this wash also its nice to see our community all coming together at one wash.”

“Great customer service!! I took my husband’s F-350 here to be a nice wife. Being an actual truck, there were some tools and what not in the bed. After being told that everything had to be out of the bed, I pulled over into one of the vacuum stalls to move it all. A VERY nice male employee came out and helped me move everything out and then even came back and helped me put everything back. Such amazing customer service. I’ll bring my vehicles here over and over again.”

“Very professional, fast response time. Setting up a time was fast and easy. My Dodge Durango had not had a detail since it was purchased. The inside look like new, the outside was very shiny and stayed that way for a while, not to mention clear windows.
