the longer you are with the company the less they care about you. been with boost for years, broke my phone(used for work) so i go in to get a new phone and am told because i have been with them for so long there's an issue with older accounts that makes it to where they can not add phones to the plan. 3 days later i was told to just buy a phone from somewhere else and MAYBE they can transfer it. they have no problem still charging the monthly payment don't worry about that as long as they are getting money off you they have no rush to correct it.

Terrible service, very bad attitude from the girl who serves specifically Maria M. She never gave a solution to a problem with a cell phone that they sold me and she started arguing in front of other customers if she could I would give her a - 5 Stars

Cell phone payment prices need to be lowered, you pay a lot and other cell phone companies are charging less here with Boost I am paying $62.00 per month and other companies are paying months
