Horrible online services, I have a personal and business account and they can't get there CSRs to say the same thing. Each and EVERY CSR I speak with when I have an issue, gives me a different reason as to why something doesn't work. I will close my accounts and never recommend them to anyone.

I've been with Academy Bank for about 10 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience there. Doug, Denise, Lorna and all of the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and like family to me and my family. I Highly Recommend this Bank.

I'm not happy with this bank. I have been at this location for 5 years or so now. 4 years ago about March of 2017 I had my wallet stolen and from that point on my bank account has been hacked and money is constantly being drained out of my account.I have closed down to accounts and reopened new ones. These individuals at this location can be shady at times. Most of the time they claim they can't do anything to help. They all have a bad attitude problem and gossiping issues behind customers backs.

I have. Credit card which I opened at the el mirage location to help build credit. The entire staff has been so kind and friendly whenever I have gone In. I don’t enjoy going into Walmart stores but this location o enjoy because of the customer service and cleanliness.

Seen i had a over draft and transfered money right away but still got a over draft fee. Call them they said nothing they can do. So i have no money to where we over draft 20 bucks i use my earnin app to cash out 100 to take care of it and maybe get food for my three kids till payday. Then i look the next day and i now have 20 to last a week. Why is there nothing you can do

Literally have had my account for maybe 3 months used my debit card once and was told that it has been “hot carded” and that I now have to go inside a local center just get a new card after customer service advised that my account and card was in good standing definitely not happy with the experience so far with this bank

This place wasn't able to email me or mail me my closed bank statements, so now I have thousands of dollars I can't access. They gave me a number that redirected me to another place that asked me to fax all of my info in attempt to to receive a statement that my bank is in fact closed. Frustrating to say the least, not everyone has access to a fax machine.
