Douglas store, Karen the employee is very rude to customers and should learn about customer service. She definitely should not be working there. They are suppose to be there to help not to speak down to people.

This agency goes beyond the norm to help those needing assistance. I would recommend them if you are hungry, need help with utilities, clothing, or furniture. Compassion should be their middle name!

Horrible place to shop! No one welcomes you in, almost everything is either ripped, stained or torn, and outrageous prices for a church thrift store. The gals ALSO name their own prices even with items marked as they tried with me. I am ashamed knowing a church thrift does this type of business. I will NEVER be back.
