The few times I've been in the Douglas CVS, they've always been very busy with long lines. Don't go here if you're in a hurry.Although I've never had a prescription filled here myself, I've given rides to friends who had to pick up here. My observation is that you're better off going to the Walmart pharmacy if you can.

Arriving at 1:55 pm I almost had a heart attack seeing the pharmacy closed. My daughter just had a tonsillectomy and needed pain meds. The sales clerk helped me relax by explaining they were on lunch break and would reopen at 2:00pm . Once the pharmacy opened the line moved quickly. I got my daughters pain meds. I also saw some Burts Bees ChapStick variety package that I was looking for online but couldn't find. I tried to find Peppermint Coffee as I was really wanting a Holiday fun drink for the ride home. For some reason Douglas, AZ has a lack of peppermint drinks for Christmas. Once I got up to the counter the clerk asked me if I got my pain meds for my daughter and also she saw that the check out line was long and opened two more check outs. Loved That!

Staff is cool, pharmacy is understaffed though. Long lines most times we go on. Drive through being open is hit or miss.

I don't know what happened to CVS. They used to be a good pharmacy. I finally got fed up and went to Wal-mart.

First of all, they're open times for the pharmacy mean nothing. The pharmacy says it opens at 10, got there for a vaccine appointment at 10:45 and the pharmacy was closed with a line of people waiting. We heard at least 5 cars pull up to try and get their RX with no response from staff. Then, when they finally got there they were extremely rude, especially rude pharmacist, misquoted prices, and yelled at my mom that they didn't honor VA and she needed to call them when they're the ones that told us CVS does the VA vaccines in rural areas. There was even a woman there who got her vaccines there with VA and they still insisted they didn't honor VA. All this could have been avoided had they made the appointment on the phone instead of making us use the website which crashed not once, not twice, but six times while trying to make the appointment, where they had her enter her VA insurance information and accepted it. So what I take from it is that they just didn't want to do it. Very poor service.

On 3/15 /2023 I had an exceptionally good experience. I didn't get any names, but I only waited 15 minutes to have a paper script filled. I gave the counter person a warm thank you and expressed my gratitude for being a fine person.

Stay away from the pharmacy. The dude Victor has attitude and won't fill medications ... He yelled out drive-thru for me not to come back because the pharmacy don't want to work apparently. I have insurance for medication and they have my cards on file. But he did not want to run the insurance card I gave him that would of paid it. Even Walmart pharmacy in Douglas is scared to call cvs in Douglas. Find different pharmacy if you can ... This pharmacy is a circus. This was my 3rd trip in to try to get medicines. I've been using them for 1 year and never had a problem. Victor was on a power trip today. I've reported cvs to state board of medicines today and I recommend leaving them alone and having medications sent elsewhere if can. I see on reviews I'm not the only one that has had a problem and they even told managers a different story on me. Said I was hostile with them. I was little flustered but not hostile. Until he yelled for me not to come back after I was car length or two from drive-thru. The whole thing was all he had to do was run the card I gave him.. Update: manager won't answer phone to address the situation. They are a joke.

Even though they were short staffed and really busy, they were able to fill my prescription prior to needing it for an appointment that was scheduled the same day. Great service.

For the third time, the pharmacy did not have my refill available at the end of the 30 day prescription. Despite being patient and flexible, this did not earn any respect or consideration. I asked if they could expedite the refill as I am out and the representative said flatly, no. That was it. I looked online and my prescription history is available at other CVS sites but not at this one. How could they not even have my several fills available to view online? This particular CVS is far worse than most.

This pharmacy is not only slow and rude, but they also closed for days without notice. Conveniently the pharmacy manager got sick during the weekend, so they didn't have a pharmacist and had to close Saturday and Sunday. I called the store and they said they don't even know if they will be open Monday. Sounds like they didn't even try to get a temporary pharmacist to come in. Most doctors offices are also closed on the weekend, making it impossible to transfer to scripts to a different pharmacy. I don't even want to think about how many people are going without their meds because this place cant get it together.

CVS Pharmacy is terrible! Sometimes they are open, then sometimes they are closed. They might fill your prescriptions or most likely they will tell you to come back... when you come back a few hours later, it is "sorry, we will have to fax the provider, give us a call tomorrow." A few days later it is the same story. If CVS is not going to provide a functional pharmacy, then shut it down so we can make other arrangements, like having to drive an hour into Sierra Vista.

Worst service ever, they never have the medication needed even after the hospital called we waited two day for an important medication this has happened 4 time already for different medication the pharmacists are pretty rude as well they don’t care for costumer service

They pharmacy sends you a text saying your meds are ready for pick up and when you get there, they’re not ready. I’m tempted to change to Safeway pharmacy.

They never answer the phone. I dont have gas to be going over there multiple times to be told they still arent ready. I have horrible migraines they make me feel like killing myself and I have been waiting on my pills for 2 days now. The stupid APP doensnt work either. They need to hire some one to answer the phone or hire more employees. This is ridiculous I was on hold for over an hr and I called 3 times, but this has been happening about a year now I dont know what happened to them, it was a good store.
