Drove up from the valley for a passport appointment. The gentleman assisting us was patient and kind. Happy to have driven an hour north for this than waited months for an appointment in Phoenix.

Every time I go to this post office (Dewey Humbolt) I am blown away by the customer support. Nicest guy you will ever meet, and always sooooo helpful. Usually I'm asking the same questions, "which bos should Iuse?" And everything he is so nice about it, always gets me the best price. Very grateful!!!!

Every clerk in the front is very kind and personable. So helpful with locating packages and providing information. Sometimes things are just out of their control. I think most people realize that once something leaves the actual office that it's out of their control. For the most part, they try their best to correct situations. Diane is especially sweet and always positive!

I was definitely the problem customer here. 7 large boxes and i had a few conditions when it came to paying, i had to do cash and card and wait for someone to Venmo me. Three different transactions, all right up until closing time. And the god amongst men who works there was gracious and helpful during all of it. Jimmy went above and beyond in helping me with shipping everything, and did it all with a smile on his face. Literally the nicest guy I've ever met, definitely look for him when you head here. This guy deserves a raise and a cookie.

The Humboldt Post office is my local office that I go to. The guy who works here is absolutely nice, outgoing, personable and goes out of his way to make every customer happy. The middle aged women with blondish/brown hair and glasses is extremely rude. I won't even go in for personal assistance if she is working. Otherwise this location is clean and convenient. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

Well..well..... well things have changed. They must of hired a new lady because I haven't seen the other grumpy one in the past week or so. This lady is much friendlier and happier. I really hope she is a permanent worker! If not, and the old grumpy one comes back, I'll delete this review and stick with my original review. As for loosing packages, only time will tell, but at least I won't have to deal with grumpy lady for now.
