It's so nice when someone makes things easy versus just telling what you CAN'T do. Good pricing. Good location. Very happy with my experience.

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE!! This place is holding our family items hostage. They keep taking payments on a unit that we have keys to the locks for but put a fraud lock on because our aunt died. We have jumped through all the hoops they have made with paperwork etc. We have been fighting since February!

Facility manager Tally Cass is amazing. Such professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and patient customer service is so rare these days. Tally excels at all of the above. We can't thank her enough for helping us book a parking spot for our fifth wheel at Tygar self storage. She walked us through every step of process and provided us with all the information we needed to arrive in Cottonwood and move into our parking space. Thank you Tally! I'm a Antique Dealer. A while back, I rented a storage unit at Tygar and stored some overflow furniture pieces. There is a requirement to purchase their insurance which sounds good, being I had some costly pieces for resale. There was a storm whereas my unit got flooded. The water came up on one side of my unit, I could see the watermarks on the wall. The flooding totally ruined an expensive imported handmade, handpainted ornate trunk. It also affected the legs on an antique table, which I later sanded and painted.When I tried to make a claim on the trunk only, it was refused because the water came up from the floor and not down from the ceiling. I would never recommend renting from a place like this. There are some other nice self storage places in the area.

I don't know where to start. I rented a unit when I first moved here 6 years ago the couple who managed the facility ran a tight ship but the place was spotless and unit renters had access to dumpsters. Now cooperate owned the units have deteriorated all door seals are sun baked. after first rain my unit ran water from door to back and damaged a lot of my furniture. the cinder block walls were moisture soaked. I didnt realize how much moisture damage until I moved out the only assistance I received was the management asking me if I had renters insurance. I would not rent a unit here ever. if you do make sure your belongings are in sealed containers The on site managers are limited and cooperate robots so don't expect any resolution with issues. Also my unit became infested with big coach roaches that I found as I moved out. DONT RENT HERE

Professional and helpful management. Great location in Cottonwood (near TractorSupply/OneAZCreditUnion).The office manager, Robin, was very fast and efficient in signing up our lease over the phone which made the whole process 10x faster. We got a 10x20 unit but realized after we got there that it was way too much space. We called Robin to see if there was a smaller unit available. Luckily she was able to find us a 10x10 unit that was just moved out of the previous day. She was able to transfer our payment from the 10x20 to the 10x10 so that we wouldn't be stuck renting space we didn't need. Thanks Robin!

They seem to having staffing issues. They don't return phone calls, but if you are in the office they won't hesitate to answer the phone and ignore you. The guy behind the counter works from about 9:30ish am to 1:30 pm. They don't open the office at the posted hours.

New staff and really appreciate Josh's positivity. But the doors are old and hard to lock and it's so dusty. Ah..storage lockers!
