After years with a company with horrible customer service I switched both my business & residence to Taylor Waste. Now, after 2 years with Taylor I am soooo glad I did. Unlike the prior company I used, they have excellent customer service, friendly drivers (I was a couple minutes late and when the driver came back on the other side he was nice enough to pick up my trash). They are a few dollars more but 100% worth the few bucks. The prior company would forget to pick up, then claim they just had a schedule change and a day later still no pickup, then get upset with me when I waited so long (24 hours) to call a 2nd time. Their customer service was rude, unprofessional and NEVER admitted they made a mistake but when it was me who forgot to put out my trash, was quick to offer to pick it up for $20 (despite at least 4 times in 3 months of forgetting my trash). I am very grateful to get such great service for only a few dollars difference.

I’ve had Taylor for the first two years we have lived in our home and just canceled today for various reasons. Multiple instances of poor customer service and bad communication between their team. I was tired of worrying about a late charge every 3 months since multiple times they failed to correctly put my card on auto pay. I would do it through their website, but that didn’t work either. In the first year, they gave me a cracked can and it took almost a month and multiple phone calls for them to replace it. Which left me with mounds of trash. When I canceled, they didn’t even ask me why or if I had any issues. To save yourself time and money, go with Patriot Disposal. Same price and way better customer service.

We forgot to put our bin out and called them to ask if we could put extra bags out. They said we can put up to 9 extra bags. I watched the driver get out on a cold morning and take care of it. They are the best thx !!

Alec serves our route in Prescott Valley. My kids can always hear his truck coming up the street and wait for him at the window. He honks the horn and they go crazy for it. He is always smiling ear to ear. He has helped pick up trash that has blown over or out of the bins and today gave my kids these awesome trash bins full of candy. Gold star customer service. Although service prices have gone up 25% over 4 years, I think I will continue to be a customer as long as they have workers like Alec.

Shout-out to Taylor Waste. Noticed this morning the ravens tipped over my neighbor's trash can and trash was strewn everywhere. Very windy today! I watched as, not only did the guys pick up the can, they also picked up the trash on the ground.Greatly appreciated!Thank you!(I would've helped, but I'm stuck in the house after surgery ?)Service: Trash removal & disposal

Taylor Waste is the BEST! We love supporting local!We have had Taylor Waste for YEARS! They have amazing customer service and NO service contracts! Have used them for over 15 years! Sometimes I forget to pull my can down to the street, but it never fails, our local driver has pulled our can down for us! That's service!! The Taylor's are generous to our community, always supporting our local schools. Good people, make for good business. I would highly recommend them - and I love their referral program, so I'm always referring people! Keep the business local - go with Taylor Waste!

I used Taylor for a year while living in cottonwood, I cancelled service in 2015, I had to call them 5 times and ask for them to stop service. I then had to have my very old land lady, OWNER OF PROPERTY, Go with me and even she requested them to stop service at address.Two year later I get a deliquent bill, then a day ago I get a collection notice. We have had Taylor Waste service for several years now and we have only received exceptional service. Even when I missed a pick up day due to my error they send a truck to get it. I had damage to my bin and they sent a new one right away. Affordable prices and excellent service. Thank you

Taylor Waste purchased our route from Discount (a former division of Patriot Disposal. Patriot never bothered to tell us they were selling the route but Taylor has been fantastic to deal with. Superb customer service when I call with a question, great online bill pay system that is easy to us and the driver has never once missed picking up our rubbish. They recently had a young man stop by to drop off a new container since we had still been using the Discount bin. I went out to speak with him. He was 100% professional and courteous. He encouraged me to speak with our driver if ever we have any questions or concerns. Every person on their team that I have interacted with has been very professional and courteous. Very happy doing business with Taylor Waste.
