I cannot say enough good things about the folks here, esp. Laura Le. I was having trouble moving my service moved from T-Mobile to another provider— only because I live in a rural area and have to drive almost 2 miles to get a signal. She spent almost 2 hours helping me LEAVE THEIR SERVICE! (I wouldn’t leave if I weren’t getting older and need service available closer to home.) The transfer was extremely hard and time consuming but she stuck with me and got it done. I praised her to the store manager and he said they treat everyone the same, customer or not. They see folks as part of their community and potential future customers, so they want to treat everyone well. I thought this was the greatest thing I’d heard from a company in a long while. Can’t praise this store and its people highly enough! This is the second time I’ve had 5-star service from them but these particular circumstances warrant 10 stars!

Ezekiel Nestor, Mobile Expert, @ Cottonwood location was polite & helpful in selling products I needed & answering questions. Will be returning at more appropriate time to upgrade. I intend on asking for him. He is an asset to your business.

Our charger for our T-mobile home internet stopped working. We first went to the T-mobile store nearby in Sedona and they told us to go call the internet customer service team instead. We did so, and when we told them we travel full time and don't have a home address we could get to in time, they called this Cottonwood location, confirmed they had the charger in stock and sent us there to meet Serge. Serge helped us immediately and brought out not only one but two chargers, tested both of them on our home internet to make sure they were working, and gave us an insulted T mobile bag to load the chargers in. Such an easy process and now we're back online! He even gave us tips for increasing our internet speed. So far, T-Mobile has had the best customer service of any of the major mobile carriers, and we've had them all.

Abdael, Isaiah & Serge made upgrading our phones seamless. Dealing with anything phone related usually stresses me out because something usually goes wrong. This time it was a totally different experience. Great customer service ?

Beyond helpful staff! After entering the U.S. , they confirmed our phones worked on the local carrier , tested everything , and explained the pricing very well. Allowed is to look at the plan and talk before getting a local sim . so easy , so fast , and more helpful than could be expected !

Rebecca was very kind and helpful. Our only complaint is the employees wear muzzles. Difficult to hear, frustrating to keep asking them to repeat. Stop being political and pretend woke. Sickening.

Went in yesterday for a small item. I was told the couple was ahead of me setting up plans so it could be awhile. The other sales person never said hello even. So, FYI in retail, you can say.....Let me ring up this customer real quick~ I walked straight out of there. Funny, normally the sales sharks in there are all over you to appease their sales manager's crazy expectations, selling people things they don't even need!! Do they not train their sales people. Honestly..I was told to wait, and could be an hour. LMAO for days. Lost our business, With a town of 30k The corporate morons have never enough sales people, and they do not care about the client. F~Minus on cutover care yall.

Becoming frustrated with lack of reliable service on Big V. Cautiously tried Big T. So amazed at ease of set up, honest, efficient service rep, and most of all NO dropped calls or 'service unavailable' on T-Mobile. Should have switched earlier. The price also a big plus!

First off, they close at 5:00PM on weekdays, not 6:00PM. They have limited stock and some of the stock on display, like the Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 is set up on an alarm so you cant really even handle or try any features, unlike if you go into a Verizon store. The experience to see this phone was so much in contrast that I am debating whether going with TMobile is a good idea. After I left I went to Verizon's store and they had the phone out where you could try it out unhindered. I also had an issue ordering my phone on Tmobile's website and checked about getting help at the store and they just referred me back to the online store and couldn't do anything.
