My wife recently took her car for a very minor repair but the staff her it wasn't really necessary and recommended a different shop. Based on that level of honesty Red Rock Collision was an easy decision after my car was damaged in a collision. Roddy helped us out both times and was very clear with his assessment of the damage and explanation of the process. He worked directly with our insurance company so the process almost completely painless at our end. During the repair Roddy communicated regularly to let me know how the repair was going, and his e-mail were clear and concise. When the repair was complete my car looked great; I couldn't tell there had been any work done. And they even had the it detailed! My only criticism is that they're very busy, but given my experience here that's completely understandable.

John, Roddy, Tabitha, Ashley, and Ian are making a great team in this place. If they recommend something especially when it comes to dealing with your insurance please listen to them because they will save you thousands of dollars. My experience was pleasant and I highly recommend their service.

Red Rock Collision did a great job on the repair of my vehicle. I was glad that I chose an independent shop for the work as I think they are more concerned about my vehicle getting repaired correctly versus doing what the insurance company dictates. Another shop estimated repairs that were not needed. John took the time to explain everything to me which I appreciated. Communication was perfect up front and not great in letting me know there would be a delay in getting my vehicle back due to an issue with the insurance company approval. John was able to work out repair cost differences with my insurance company, and I only paid my deductible. Overall I am satisfied, and I will use them again if needed.

Red Rock Collision repaired our Subaru Forester that was backed into by a pickup truck in a parking lot. When gathering quotes from body shops in the Cottonwood area, they demonstrated superior expertise regarding the proper technique and repair procedure specific to the vehicle. After giving them our vehicle, they kept us informed throughout the process with updates. Furthermore, they advised us in how to deal with the pesky insurance company while continuing to advocate for what is best for us and our vehicle (not what's best for the insurance company). The execution of the repair was flawless - even panel gaps, blended paintwork, no more dents, and OEM parts! They even diagnosed an issue with our window regulator that wasn't related to the collision.
After seeing the finished product and all of the work Red Rock Collision put into this process, I would've gladly forked over the $7K for the repair bill with a smile on my face, but the insurance company put up the money for the repair bill.
Thank you so much guys! We greatly appreciate everything you've done for us.

Not only did they fix the damages and match the paint perfectly... when I picked up my car they had fully detailed it and put it through a wash! The car didn't look that good when we bought it!

I couldn’t believe it. I brought my car in there today for them to check over some body repair work that had previously been done before I bought it. I was told by the very reputable dealership that it had had a fender bender. 6 months later and I took my car to Phillips on Airport and was told that it had been in a major accident and the repair work was done unsatisfactory. When I took it to Red Rock Collision they kept it for 2 hours and did a report for me to take to the dealer. I went to pay and was told NO CHARGE. I couldn’t believe it. What company today does this. I will definitely go back if the dealership allows me to have them fix everything.

Red Rock Collision is simply the best option in the area, exceptional communication from the first call to collection of my truck, backed up by outstanding work. Roddy and his team kept me informed from start to finish and delivered the truck back fully detailed. Do not bother going anywhere else, Red Rock Collision is the best in the Valley.
