Definitely the worst planet fitness I’ve been in.
Found rolled up dollar bill drug paraphernalia in the stair stepper machine and then went into the worst bathroom layout I’ve ever seen. The showers were directly next to the toilets and so you had to shower and smell the person using the toilet right next to you the entire time. Also very un private.
Would never step foot in again .

Yeah two of us closed our account after you guys got the so-called new equipment in. you guys took out all the machines I am so confused how are all of us going to use one leg curl machine??? This gym is too crowded for something like that. Its best if we leave.

It gets 2 stars and not one because the equipment was clean and the water for a shower was hot BUT I saw an employee with long brown hair sending men in to the women's shower room to do different things while women were in there. Changing the soap is an example. She came across as very incompetent & weird. What a bizarre thing to do.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and will go above and beyond to help. The free weights along with the cardio equipment will keep you going for hours. They offer TVs there for when you need to distract yourself to keep going, they also have massage chairs, tanning, and very clean bathrooms.

Nice clean locker rooms, friendly environment for a newbie, and lots of machines available! They keep it cool inside too, so you can exercise comfortably in the heat of summer!

Would be a 3.5 star if most of the staff weren't a 1 star.
I could leave a long review on why they ruin the entire experience, but I'd prefer to know how to contact corporate and discuss this over the phone.

No other Planet Fitness, I've been to checks a "Guests ID" But every time i go into the place with my son they check my ID here at "Cottonwood AZ Planet Fitness" I think they do it on purpose to aggravate the person to where they don't want to go there anymore. This is this outrageous. I just want to go in & workout like I do at every other Planet Fitness ive been to in California Arkansas Arizona & Ohio
