My taxi ride was comfortable after leaving the ER at Cottonwood hospital. My driver helped me get seated & even helped me figure out how to fasten the seat belt. Encouraging conversation during the drive & once home, waited while the security fence was unlocked/opened. Payment was over zelle making it paperless. I suggest all use this taxi night time service! An A+

Great service in the middle of the night in Cottonwood AZ. My sister, uses a cane and has limited mobility, was released from ER about 2AM. 25 miles from home. Franny to the rescue with a clean comfortable vehicle and helpful attitude. Better than my having to drive 80 miles. Reasonable rates and prompt service.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Francis.. she was not honest upfront, and it left me in a stressful situation. The car was not clean inside either. I’d suggest looking for a different taxi service
