Store hours online never match the store being open. So don't pull a must have part off your project based off the website, I guess you HAVE to call first. Super frustrating. Stuck having to reschedule a job based off this error. That's money to feed my family gone. The effect goes further than just being bummed out. I pulled this part expecting to be able to buy and replace based off the hours listed.

Oh no! The low rating is because I went to the Cottonwood,AZ store. The picture here is not it. The address is correct. The friendliness of your staff and knowledge are why we went there in the first place. I apologize for my errant words. Keep up the good work. We all need this store. TY.

Will never shop here again. If you want rude and lack of knowledge this is the place to go. I came in to get a simple tailpipe adapter and they didn’t even know how to look it up. Told me to look it up to see if I could figure it out. I showed them what I needed and was rudely told it would have to be ordered. I promptly left and went to the parts house down the street they knew just what I was looking for and went to the rack of adapters found the right one. I left with what I came in for and left happy. I’ll say it again I’ll never shop at Cottonwood Napa again!

Super friendly staff. Ordered a new hitch for my car and it got here early, the guys help me carry it to my car and when it wouldn't fit, took it out of the box and helped me load it in. They also recycled the box. Totally recommend!
