“I was visiting my boyfriend in Cottonwood, so had my phone replacement via Asurion (for the second time, since the first replacement they sent was damaged internally) sent to his address. Once again, the phone they sent me was a dud. After running out of options on my own, we headed into this location to get some help. After over an hour of relentless hard work and without even thinking of giving up, Randy was able to get my phone to working order (with no help from Asurion- a separate insurance provider for Sprint). Randy was an absolute superhero. It is customer service like his that keeps me a loyal customer to T-Mobile. I'm not sure what his role is with the company, but the man deserves a raise and a promotion! He really saved the day!!! Thank you, Randy!!!”
