They didn't have any 20' flagpoles in-store last time, or this time. The employees have no way to order any, despite telling me I'm one of many who have requested this item in-store recently. This is not an item I can order online. These kids told me I could call next time, and save myself the trip. I'm saving myself the call too - I'm done.

Even though it's not name brand products I never have issues with their tools. Got a roto zip tool for 34 dollars, and it works great. I don't use often but better than 125 in Lowe's or Depot.

WARNING!!!Be careful when you shop here. They sell a product and tell you there is a 90 day window to return, then when you take it back they want a 20% re-stocking fee. Ridiculous and not right. Also not bright because I'll be purchasing all future big ticket items somewhere else. Was very happy till now. Goodbye Garbage Freight!
