I went to Galina to have a bracelet resized. The service was friendly and knowledgeable and the turnaround time was much quicker than expected. The bracelet looks as lovely as it did when I dropped it off. I will definitely choose them in the future as other needs arise!

My fiancé went to Galina's to purchase an engagement ring. With the help of Lisa and her crew, he was able to find a beautiful ring in our price range that I love! We went in there last year just to take a look and check out the inventory. The array of different settings, stones, price ranges, and styles gave me confidence that even going in by himself to pick something out, he would be able to get an amazing piece. And he did! Thank you Galina Fine Jewelers.

One of the kindest establishments let alone jewelers I’ve ever been into, especially in the Cottonwood/40 valley area. Definitely recommend at least checking them out if you have an idea of what you want or need anyone contact with Kind, knowledgeable and honest.

Had a wonderful experience with Galinas. Was able to get the ring I wanted for my fiancé for a GREAT price. They also fixed the ring beautifully after mistakingly taking it to Sherwood that really messed it up they made the ring pristine again. Will only go to them for any of my jewelry, cleanings ect. Don’t hesitate to look or get anything done to your jewelry with them they are amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about Galina Jewelers. We bought my promise ring here and each time I came in to have it cleaned, they did it no cost along with my other jewelry. This year, my fiancé purchased my engagement ring here at a great deal and after having it resized at a different jewelry store, we needed some repairs done from what they did. Galina happily repaired it at no cost to us and I was very happy with how it turned out. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to make their next jewelry purchase! We will definitely be returning.

In 2023 I went to Galina to have my new, pristine 5.69 ct. Tanzanite set into my wedding ring. As it turned out, I had to get a new ring to hold the gem, which was fine, and Galina designed a stunning ring and double diamond band for me. I like an antique European style, and she (the owner) certainly delivered! She sent the ring and stone out to her jeweler and when it returned, which took months, the 4 of the 6 prongs weren't even touching the stone, were different heights, wasn't the claw style I asked for, and looked like a novice did this setting. THEN, to top it off, my gem was scratched on the side and down the entire table (top of the stone), which was clearly visible! When we spoke about this, she made an agreement with me that she would open a claim on her insurance to pay for the repair at a jeweler that specializes in Tanzanite in Phoenix. Long story short; she NEVER paid for the claim. I had to pay up front for the repairs, and she reimbursed me once it was done! The jeweler in Phoenix, as well as me, tried repeatedly to communicate with her through this process, which took about 8 months total. She never returned calls, didn't return any of my emails, so the only way I could get any communication or relay information is if I went into Galina Jewelery personally! That is INEXCUSABLE!
You are so eager to get money, but when YOUR jeweler makes a mistake, you avoid ANY responsibility! I will never recommend your store to anyone because of how you treated me and the other Jeweler. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I do not recommend this place!I was told my gold nugget was 18k which is not true! First he said it was 22 I then he pressured me asking me if I was going to take his offer or not!I ended up taking the deal later I was told that the nugget could not possi ly beless than 20 the jewlry I sold had sentimental value and I feel totally ripped off !both the clerks were very unfriendly and rude!I am filing a complaint on Tuesday with the local better business bureau!

Can't give zero or I would... My husband smokes cigars. Not a lot, but an enjoyment once in awhile. I shop at Galina's in Cottonwood, AZ. Galina's is a jewelry store that is half cigars. I could buy them somewhere else, I used to but I believe in supporting local businesses. For Christmas I splurged and bought a box. That is a lot of money. Mike smokes Maduros, big ring, 6 inch. I have been buying his cigars there for many special occasions for 5 years. They know me. I went in and told them I would like to surprise him with a box if they had any. "Yes, we have a box in the back." The clerk got the box, I bought them. I was so excited to surprise Mike McCarley. This is almost enough for a year. He opened them, smoked one and let me know they were not maduros. The receipt said maduros. I paid for maduros. I went back and asked if we could exchange them. They had to ask the manager. I went back today. Sorry. Nothing to offset the expense, nothing to exchange. Only excuses. Between cigars and other Christmas gifts we spent well over a thousand dollars in one week. Never again. They acknowledged it was their error. They were sorry. I explained that this were not maduros and therefore my husband did not like them....sorry. DO NOT SHOP AT GALINA'S IN COTTONWOOD. WHAT A RIP OFF--NO INTEGRITY.
