I don't understand all of the one star reviews. I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years and they have always been accommodating to my needs. There have been a few occasions where they have not had my wifes medications, but that was due to the nationwide shortage of certain drugs. All of the pharmacies in town have had this problem over the past few years. I have checked around several times.. Shout out to Pam. I saw her named in a negative review. She has always been great to me.

This place is horrible! Pharmacist are too busy and don’t care. Takes days to a week to fill basic prescriptions. Was told to come back I 15 minutes and then it’s another hour and then it’s still not ready. What a joke!!

Love the convenience of Fry's Pharmacy. Everyone who works there is always so friendly and helpful. There is a pharmacy staff shortage in the Verde Valley and therefore occasional delays or long waits. I recommend using auto refill if possible--it makes refill times so much faster.

This past year they have tried to make so many changes and yet everything keepgetting worse for them. I used to love that store and pharmacy and now I can't stand either. They never have anything. I'm looking for on the shelves anymore. I was out of stock. The pharmacy is laughable now first of all if I call in my prescription a week early it still isn't ready one week later. That's insane! Also, they don't have consistent hours for the pharmacy. Sometimes they're only open until 1 PM. Some heads are open till 5 PM. The website says 8:00 PM Monday through Friday but that's never the case anymore. It's gotten so downhill so fast the renovations made things worse now everything is a mess in there. I wish they would go back to how they used to be. Or at least start stocking the items that people are looking for. Now I try to shop at Safeway when I get a chance and never go to fries anymore. After yesterday with the pharmacy closing at 4:30 but they're our things open till eight I switched pharmacies as well.

Pam who works for the Pharmacy is the most unprofessional person I ever encountered. Very very rude, nasty person. I have been using Frys for over 20 years. I will take my business somewhere else from now on.

Shopping here is always a frustrating chore. From the parking lot, to deli, to empty shelves, no milk, no good produce, no bread, the management, & Instacart shoppers are the worst. I've never felt like I couldn't shop at a grocery store, until now. I won't shop here unless I have to.

This store is an older Fry's. But it has great prices and products with a friendly Staff always looking to help you.

I get they close at 10 but we still had 4 minutes till to get some stuff for the kids and they said it's closed. Could of been in and out by 10, nasty service by the lady that closed the door on us in our face. Again I get it but I'm a paying customer and you are technically open.

Pharmacy staff are not caring. They tell you a time your RX will be ready and then it not ready at the time they told you. Very very unprofessional. People getting their meds in a timely manor is very important. These are meds that are keeping them alive, and being without them because of uncaring, unprofessional RX staff is not acceptable!! Why would you not have these meds on hand? I personally use Walgreens for my prescriptions and have never ever had an experience that the person I'm writing this for had. Very sad, what this world has become.

I have had nothing but trouble with fries and pharmacy they called me when I don't have a prescription thank I go there and then they don't have my prescription they don't answer the phone they are terrible frankly I don't like the store either I I think they are really dirty the employees as well

Actually, Fry's Food & Drugs is our place to go for groceries (it's on the way) before going into Sedona.
