DO NOT START AN ACCOUNT WITH 1ST CONVENIENCE BANK!!!! I have banked here for almost a year and yesterday a problem happened at O'Riellys where my card was declined at their machine but yet still took the $266 I was trying to spend out of my account. I tried three time because my account has 817 dollars in it. I checked my account after the third time being declined and it had a total of 18 dollars left. 1st Convenience bank allowed the same purchase to go through multiple times leaving me with nothing. Today, THANKSGIVING DAY! I checked to see if it had been corrected but no it's -1068 dollars because they continued to let this change to through over and over I have no idea how that even happens. This is a terrible bank. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON START AN ACCOUNT HERE. my holiday is ruined and I won't get that back. Go to a real bank they wouldn't let this happen.

I love the Mgr, Chris and also P.J., and all the employees.I like that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I moved here from Va over 13 yrs ago and haven't had a problem that they couldn't resolve. They greet you by your name. Just can't sing enough praises for the employees

I see from the reviews that not everyone likes this bank, but I can say this is the best bank by far that I've ever had. I've had 3 different banks on the east coast and this is way above any of them. I like the modern online interface and the friendly people at the local branch inside the Walmart Store.

Convenient hours it so convenient atm access and that's a shame. Also don't like how the employees are forced to chase potential customers down the isles. People abound the branch at all cost inside Walmart

I find this to be a real friendly Bank. All the negative reviews seem to be from walmart hillbillies who don't have a bank account wanting to make change ... They should go to Walmart customer service for that stuff if they are not bank customers and leave the teller lanes open for us actual bank customers !

Applied for a business checking account almost two weeks ago and they said they would get in touch with me once HQ reviewed my business documents. It took the girl who assisted me about an hour just to fill out the paperwork... she seemed confused at best. As of today, I still haven't heard from them. No follow up phone call, no e-mail, nothing. After a week of waiting, I gave up and opened up a business checking account with a "real bank" without any issues. A business checking account should be opened up the same day when you provide the bank with the documentation. My new bank verified my information online and opened my account the same day. They were friendly and actually appreciated my business, unlike this bank. The branch manager and his employees appeared to enjoy laughing with each other in his office rather than taking care of their customers. That alone should have told me everything I needed to know about this bank. I totally agree with Kay's review. Horrible bank no customer service. Don't waste your time.

I have been banking with them for going on 5 years now and I've had nothing but good experiences. Always professional and attentive. They are open 7 days a week and for someone with a busy schedule it's a great convenience. If I have an issue with my acount or any questions they do they're best to have answers and to help.

I've banked here several years. Very great customer service. If I write a check from another bank they post it right away without waiting for it to clear. I love the flexible hours.

I needed to get change for a $100.00 bill. The banker said they don't usually do that for non customers but gave me the change anyway; with a smile. On the way home I stopped and closed my account at Chase and am going to open an account at 1st Convenience. Their hours are just like there name, convenient.

I was a little Leary of opening an account, based on the previous review, but after having gone to the bank, I will conclude the review was based on a bad day. I found them to be polite, courteous, informational, and pleasant. For me it was an enjoyable experience, and as such, I choose to open my account there. While the do NOT have a drive through, which is obvious, you can use your debit card as you would at any other bank. If you are over 55 you do not get charged Fee's. Over ALL I would say it is worth trying them out. Thank you Sandra!
