Our experience with Enterprise in Cottonwood was nothing short of exceptional. When our car broke down en route to Sedona, we were faced with the potential ruin of our weekend getaway. However, Enterprise came to our rescue with swift and efficient service. Tyler, the representative on duty, went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. Despite our last-minute request, Tyler stayed late to accommodate us, demonstrating a level of dedication and professionalism that is truly commendable. Not only did he provide us with a reliable rental car to get us to our Airbnb, but he also took the time to offer recommendations for tow companies and service shops for our broken-down vehicle. His assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated during a stressful situation. Thanks to Tyler and the team at Enterprise, what could have been a disastrous weekend turned out to be a memorable and enjoyable experience. We are grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate assistance. Five stars all around!

Usually good experiences with them. Most recent rental however I mentioned the interior windshield was streaky and I had to clean it all myself due to poor cleaning by whoever did before. The guy checking me in didn’t even seem to care or acknowledge what I said. Customer should not have to do extra work like that especially for something important and potentially dangerous like an unclean windshield.

Tried to make me pay for a scratch on driver door that was there when I picked up the car! Take photos of any damage before you take the car off the lot

Tried to rent a car for the Holidays but because I live in a Travel Trailer in a Resort where the utilities are covered; I can't rent!! The reasoning behind this is because they cannot prove that I live in the state of AZ when I have an AZ license and literally live 15mins away from this location!! Ridiculous!!!!

Tyler, the manager, is unprofessional and the staff entirely unethical.I rented a car and had to turn it in at short notice to receive medical attention. Their company, predominantly Jacob Yanes harassed me claiming I left a cigarette burn on the upholstery among other things. I don’t smoke cigarettes, and it couldn’t have been me. Eventually, they assumed liability and dismissed the claim. Yet, after assuming liability the began to harass me again.Fraud from a major corporation is the only justification. Attempting to pin damages on a customer to avoid responsibility is unethical. An employee driver or another renter could have created the damage. There is no evidence that shows I created the damage, because I did not.Avoid the Cottonwood location and Sedona location as Tyler is the manager at both.

Horrific customer service. Tyler is the most sarcastic, rude employee I've ever dealt with. When I asked his name, because he does not wear a name tag, he asked why, so I said because I'm going to call corporate to complain. He ripped up my rental contract and said he was refusing to rent me a car. UNBELIEVABLE

I want to give a huge shout-out of praise to branch manager TYLER MATKOVICH of the Cottonwood, AZ, Enterprise Car Rental agency. My truck had broken down on a Friday, was sitting roadside all dead, and I was frantic. Tyler fixed me up with a beautiful Camry; the whole transaction took less time than when I go grocery shopping. On Sunday, I drove the Camry to nearby Prescott Findlay Toyota and bought a Corolla. But I had to turn in the Camry at the Prescott agency not back at Tyler's Cottonwood agency. I knew that I would incur an extra fee for doing that, but it couldn't be helped. Tyler was very understanding and cut me a break on the fee; he was EXTREMELY FAIR. Tyler is a credit to the Enterprise family. Highly recommend with 100 stars.

They’ve always been very kind and patient. Cars are clean and run well.They don’t fill the cars with fuel anymore. They will charge you if it comes back with less than it had when it left. I brought mine back with way more, there’s no policy for reimbursement. The attendant was confused why I’d ask for that. When I just heard him tell a gentleman he’d be charged $4.19 a gallon for under fill. After questioning this he reimbursed me $15. Which was nice! Needs to be a policy change….

Everyone was friendly and very busy. Requested a small SUV to drive since that was what I was familiar with and got a Toyota Corolla that I had to peel myself out of.

My last two rentals from this facility have been lacking in customer service and basic common decency. Tyler has been both rude and unprofessional both times in my dealings with him. I have left several messages with corporate and been told a regional manager will contact me and that has yet to happen. I have really lost faith in this company to keep true to is word.

Tyler M was so accommodating, punctual and professional. Absolutely the best service ever and any concern I had throughout my trip were handled with care and speed. This is my second time in as many years renting a car from this location and I have no regrets

Had a reservation and vehicle not ready for pickup, was told they would call me whenever they had one available. Spoke to the MANAGER and was told to look around somewhere else.. are you kidding me? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
