I'm old school. Old fashioned. Didn't even own a cell til 10 years ago. Last time I went by this store it looked a mess. I passed it by. Well, time to upgrade to keep up with technology! Ulises, Selina and Luis are fine, caring people. They went out of their way to help this old timer understand. Luis especially. When I had a problem he saw to it I understood how the heck this thing works. I kept having to return.. I lost count after 6. lolAnd advice for us old folks? Let the young people help you with cell phones.Great store. Great people.. ???

Cricket is consistently a pretty awful phone service provider. I never experience convenience with t this company but I sure do pay alot.

People is there just to say they have a job but no help at all, and customer service over the phone takes so much time but at least they got my problem solve.

I went there in early January, the sales person was very curiosity and answer all my questions, put me on affordable payment plan! There was a minor issue the following month, but it was remedy quickly! So, I'm very happy with my phone and service here. So, thank you! ????

Just tried getting into store. Mind you times online say you open at 9am and i get there and wait til ten the girl got there 5 minutes before 10. Im standing outside waiting ten comes and goes she doesnt unlock door. Then writes a sign "have to go to bank." All while im standing there. "Oh im sorry i have to get change." Well maybe if your employee would show up more then 5 minutes before opening i could get the product i needed! Taking business else where

I went in store today with a sound problem and got no help with problem and was told my Galaxy S 6 was going to be disconnected because was 3-4. I tried to tell I her 5 is not perfected so how could disconnect my phone. Only information I got was giving information on new phone. Cost, ECT. So I came home and googled my problem and fixed it. So will not be buying a new phone. So much for help.
