There was nobody in the salon. We made appointment for 4. Two were working young girl at front played on phone and then had guys come in getting to know each other I am guessing cause they were asking. They were very rushed never gave us the list of what they did they just started well they lost out because I would have done the big package which was double the pedicure they gave me. Would never go back again my first and only time I will be here

PERFECTION FROM THE PICKIEST PERSON!! I never do reviews, but I have to this time. Henry is the best I have ever experienced in my life. I started going to Cottonwood nails last year. I am so particular that the owner recommended Henry., so I only started getting Henry about three months ago. My nails grow upward and they are not easy to do. I am 65 yo this year, I have been getting my nails done for 40 years now. I have lived in so many different places have had more than 50 people work on them to date. He's perfection. He never does them too thick, every nail is flawless, he is focused, he's fast, detailed and he listens to what I want, he has his own system. I honestly can't say enough great things about his work. I've lived in the area for five years, I went through every shops and feel like I tried every one in town. I am SOOO HAPPY I found him!! He's truly the best in town!! Easy 5 stars!! He deserves a great tip!

1st time using this salon .... AND WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Rude and gel polish didnt last a week, 4 days chipping and coming off.
I had my nails done a couple of weeks ago by the older lady. She watched a movie on her phone the whole time. Not friendly at all! Only time she spoke to me was to rudely say do this, do that. Telling me not to move (i crossed my legs), to reinsert my hand in the dryer when light went off. "You have to do your part so i can do my job. I cant do both"

Horrible customer service and owners. Was there for 2 hours for a full set and they were not busy had 3 people working.1 was doing a pedicure. Very expensive rip off will never be back or recommend. The owner she tried charging me me for every tiny thing. Says my nails are long when they are short I don't like long nails! and futher more nails are not even even the same length. Save your time and go some place else

Horrific customer service, my 7 yr old niece for her birthday wanted to get her nails done. Not only did this place destroy the entire experience for her they proceeded to charge us an additional $45 just to get her feet wet. Worst customer service overall, if I could give this a negative star, I would, and don’t worry I’ll be making a video and posting it to social media just to show how ignorant and rude they were about the entire thing. MY ADVICE DO NOT COME HERE ! STAY AWAY!!!

I was chastised for having glitter polish on my toes and informed it would be more the next time for removal. This was after I was asked "did you paint them yourself?" "Why is it on so thick?" The technician then pointed to my friend and said, "see she's already done"We had been in the chairs for less than 10 minutes.If I wanted a lecture, be embarrassed, and play 20 questions I would've called my mother. This is not what should happen at a relaxing pedicure.Don't worry, I won't be back.

Went in for a manicure. I was out of town and needed a quick clean up manicure. They said they could do it and squeezed me in between appointments and then proceeded to rush the entire job. I'm 24 hours past appointment and my hands look worse than they did when I went in. I'm a big sevice industry supporter. I tip at least 20 percent no matter what, but if you can't do the job or don't have the time you shouldn't book. Period. I wasted 50 dollars. Shame on ya'll.

The pedicures are excellent. They do an extra service for the pedicure and is great. I have try other places before and they are fine this one is my favorite for pedicures.
