HONEST, CAPABLE, CONSISTENT.Henry, Pauline and Austin, handled business again.I've brought my 2004 BMW X3 here fordifferent items since 2020. At other mechanics, I've had businesses including BMW corporate dealerships quote me a price without even performing full diagnostics and try to charge thousands for stuff that wasn't even causing the problem.Henri worked with BMW for more than 20 years, and it shows in how he diagnoses, quotes, and completes repairs.Henri has diagnosed problems on-site and remotely for me, and performed repairs that worked. He has never tried to charge me for something I didn't need and always been more than fair with pricing when material items like re-wrapping electrical wires came up as necessity, mid-repair.I would never take a performance car with a lot of complex inner workings to any other mechanic if it could he avoided. I can only afford to have honest mechanics do work on this car, and Henri's the best I've found after giving 4 corporate and 3rd parties a shot.

After three years of complaining about the air conditioner in my 2007 Jetta, and having it looked at by multiple mechanics, the Manager at Tire Pro told me to take it to Car Care by Henri. Best advice ever. I finally have working AC. It needed a new compressor. Expensive but worth it. Pauline was also great to work with.Service: Air conditioning

Pauline was the most delightful receptionist I've come across in a long time. She was cheerful, and informative. Two sweet dogs were walking around the office...loved it. Anybody who has a love for dogs usually are kind, honest folks.I was notified promptly and price of repairs were discussed over the phone and there were no surprises.Thank you Car Care by Henri for repairing the beetle I bought for bday present!!!! What a day! What a surprise fir my grandson.

Henri is an amazing mechanic. He brought my 1969 MGB back to life after it sat not running in my garage for 22 years. He and his wife and son run a great shop, he's honest as the day is long, and is very reasonable in his rates. He tells you what you need and doesn't fool around. His shop looks like a classic car museum a lot of the time. I think he's a wizard and a "keeper of special knowledge" about British sports cars. We're very lucky to have him in the Verde Valley and in Arizona. Sorry Henri, but you can never retire, we need you too much!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Henri is a very good mechanic! I trust him to work on my classic cars. He has worked on 4 of my vehicles and he does excellent work. I appreciate a mechanic like Henri. If you need an automotive repair shop in Cottonwood, or Sedona area, get ahold of Henri. He and his staff are extremely helpful and easy to work with. Henri is quite knowledgeable and spent time making sure I understood what he was talking about. The staff is friendly and they quickly return calls after leaving messages. I recommended Car Care by Henri and will be returning the next time I need auto repair assistance.

Henri and his son Austin are Honest, Competent, and Capable. I've been through so much stress over the last couple years trying to figure out what's going on with my car. It has sentimental value so I can't get rid of it.I've had three different mechanics including BMW direct, look at this car and perform major repairs.I told Henri what happened, he reviewed the car for 5 minutes, educated me, told me EXACTLY What the problem was, and proceeded to remove the check engine light from my car, restore the fuel mileage, and all for less than 5% of what all of the other mechanics had charged with all their malarkey.These men run a SOLID HONEST business. Henri, never sell your shop, America can't afford it.Services: Transmission
