“We are traveling and I damaged my tailgate, which prevented me from opening it, which then prevented me from unhooking my 5th wheel RV. I called this AM to see if they could look at it when we made it to Cottonwood (we were 5+ hrs away, yet staying for a couple of nights in the area) and they didn’t hesitate to say “Yes!”
When we pulled in, the owner (Brian) was right there knowing why we were there from our call this AM. He grabbed JC and they went to work. They quickly got the tailgate opened, took it off, worked on it and replaced it. I was completely impressed from the initial call, to the quick attention we received.

“My wife recently took her car for a very minor repair but the staff her it wasn't really necessary and recommended a different shop. Based on that level of honesty Red Rock Collision was an easy decision after my car was damaged in a collision. Roddy helped us out both times and was very clear with his assessment of the damage and explanation of the process. He worked directly with our insurance company so the process almost completely painless at our end. During the repair Roddy communicated regularly to let me know how the repair was going, and his e-mail were clear and concise. When the repair was complete my car looked great; I couldn't tell there had been any work done. And they even had the it detailed! My only criticism is that they're very busy, but given my experience here that's completely understandable.”
