“An honest and thorough master-mechanic who would only charge for what’s really needed.I have an old BMW (2002, 325i) that was having issues starting at gas pump, cold engine stalling once started and the car running rough with illusive codes PO171 and PO174. Two other places gave me lists of parts to replace: fuel filter, fuel pump, oxygen sensors, transmission, catalytic converter – you name it, they said it! - all at a significant cost, of course. Then someone recommended Henry. It took one look under the hood and Henry pointed out that the problem was a hole in the air intake boot – that’s all it was! Henry replaced the intake boot and the issue was resolved. I also had them do the bushing, brake pads and sensors (the light was on for a while and I was at a loss as to where to find a good place to get the breaks done). I asked Henry to diagnose the vehicle and to let me know what else needed fixing, and to my great surprise Henry said: “Nothing. Everything else looks good”. That’ll be the first instance in my experience so far, where a woman was not told all kinds of horror stories to get her pay more money for unnecessary vehicle repairs! It’s hard to find a good mechanic for a foreign car in Arizona, let alone an honest one! Thank you, Henry! Where have you been all these years? - Do not expect a fancy office, but Pauline is friendly and efficient and you will be very happy with the honesty, the cost and the quality of repair.”

I asked why and I was told it took less time than they thought and so they charged me less! Their customer service is next level. Highly recommend.”

I was traveling when my check engine light came on. This was the closest repair shop to my hotel, and boy did I get lucky! Clay found the issue but told me I was safe to drive home and let my mechanic handle it. Said all I needed was a new gas cap, which I already had, so he tested that to make sure it was good and sent me on my way, no charge. What a blessing he was! The other customer waiting for her truck told me that even though she lives an hour away, she still comes here because of how much she trusts this shop. I just wish this shop was in Texas, where I live.

“Needed my Jeep fixed. It simply would not start. Long weekend and everybody is closed. R&T were recommended by the locals. had the Jeep towed there and left over night. Long story short. They they put me in ahead of others because I was traveling through. Did a great job at a decent price. Highly recommend this shop if you need auto work done.”
“I called around to the normal places in cottonwood, Reese's and a few others for a clutch replacement on my 15 mini countryman. Reese's told me they couldn't do it only a dealer could. I said no way, I can buy the parts myself I just don't know how to replace the clutch and stuff. So I reached out to Joe and he was actually in north Carolina but said he'd do it. I said geeze are you sure? He said yeah. Ok so we dropped my car off early (in case he had time to do it and we weren't using it). He got my clutch fixed and was super communicative throughout the work. Exceptional service and communication and the price was lower than I expected.
I also had some noisy issues after and he took it back and put it back on the lift and realized it was the heat shield, he fixed it. No extra charges or anything.
I highly recommend Joe. He made the choice to keep my car which is paid off alive a little longer.”

“This afternoon my lifted truck was stuck on an embankment off dry creek road. Left rear tire up 3’ off the ground. Jaws towing came and couldn’t do the job. After waiting four hours I called Black Hills towing and Anthony came to our rescue! He was a rock star. He was able to get my truck out without a scratch! Drove it home! Anthony was very professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for home we’d be spending the night in Sedona. Thank you Anthony!!!!!!”
“+JMJ Monday 10 October 2022. First time visit. Mainly stopped by because I needed someone to check air in my tires. Love that full service is offered at this newly renamed service station (formerly called 'Spirit' service station.) Would seem the attendant was working solo and he was trying to be available to all coming in for service. When my turn came he took care of the business of filling my car and putting air in all my tires. Nice gentleman. Since reading some of the reviews, thought I was ask about servicing my car, but overheard him speaking to someone who had just arrived asking how busy he was. The attendant stated that there could be availability at the end of the month. I may check with him in November, since I prefer to support local independent dealers.”
“Alex changed my oil. Fixed the window regulator in my car, has put new breaks, rotors and also fixed my power steering lines. He’s amazing and does a great job. I highly recommend him for anything your vehicle needs you will not be disappointed.”

Brian evaluated it, and quoted and I said I needed to decide... in the mean time my old truck was handled with great care and they even put the windshield shades in to protect and keep it cool while it was parked. “Went in for service at the cottonwood location. I needed an oil change and basic inspection on my chevy Silverado. I was travelling to Pensacola Florida to visit my relatives. Nate was very professional and pointed out that I needed a few critical services in order to make my trip. I was able to get my brakes and flushes done in only a few hours. I made my trip safely to Pensacola Florida the next day. Thank you Nate for going above and beyond. I will definitely be back for more service.”
