There are some people, I believe it is a manager, that feel it's their due to treat a customer like a surf or a lower class person to be ordered around and not treated with any type of courtesy. Because of this, neither anyone in my family, nor myself will ever return. You can't afford to lose business in a small town.

Every once in a while you come across great little hardware stores in small towns. This Ace is the perfect example of that. Staff genuinely seems happy to be there. Store is always stocked full and clean. Kudos to the manager.

All the employees I encountered were very nice and welcoming. Drove 40 miles each way to get a much needed A/C contactor part, their online inventory said they had in stock, and they really did have it in stock. Very happy with my experience, made the drive worthwhile.

Never treated so rudely when trying to return 3 light bulbs and purchase 4 more. Manager assaulted me verbally. I own several properties here in Cottonwood, Jerome and northern CA and manage several more spending lots of money annually. Thankfully their are other suppliers. I'll never shop Verde Valley Ave Hardware again.

All I wanted was propane, couldn't get a straight answer, Staff didn't know much about this?? and finally got a location to fill up
Bottom of the parking lot, and a sign said , out of propane.....SMH

I went there today to support a local family owned business. It's a nice store that appears to have everything I need. The people there that I interacted with seem very nice. But the store policy on veterans discounts is a slap in the face. "Only on Veteran holidays." They are a perfect example of how society is beginning to turn It's back on It's veterans. Did veterans only deploy on holidays? Did they get to pick and choose when to spend months or years at a time away from their family? Did they get to choose when to deploy into a war zone? Show your support for the men and women of the armed forces and shop somewhere else.
