Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and knowledgeable, it's hard to find a good mechanic that does solid reliable work and 360 knocked my repair out of the park. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for auto service in the Verde Valley.

As stated in other previous reviews we had to pay $200 for them to “inspect” our car. The car was maybe there 1 hour. The staff is rude and the shop looks like someone’s dirty garage.

I scheduled an appointment to assess and repair my vehicle they charge for an inspection said I had rodent damage and recommended to go somewhere else. Don’t waste your money. I already knew I had rodent damage I did not need to pay $200 for a report.

My family's experience with 360 Automotive has been truly AMAZING!!! I cannot thank them enough for taking the time to figure out the issues with my daughter's vehicle and working hard to get her vehicle back on the road again even on a late Friday afternoon. Not only have we saved money $$$ over other automotive shops in the area but they backed up their work with a second visit at no charge to make sure everything was working correctly. We couldn't ask for better quality repair shop and service. You all have such a HUGE heart!! THANK YOU to Barb and her team for taking care of my loved ones. YOU'RE THE BEST!!

BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE!!! THESE 2 WOMEN ARE LOWEST LIFE and DIRTY plus the PLACE is a mess and unorganized!!! Young kids with not much or no experience working there that you don't see before.As a woman that has a drag racing-automotive background and grew up with three brothers that knew cars. These two obviously didn't realize who they were messing with!I took my car in for a scheduled oil change, trusting soul that I am. A hour and a half later car wasn't done and my bill was $127., for an oil change! WOW! Never ever again! Then on top of that they came up with a bunch of so called work that needs to be done amounting to $3,200.. most items being frivolous BS!!! estimates!!!I looked back at the estimate for the repairs they spoke and nothing they spoke about was on the estimate. Hummm!! Except for a $320. New battery plus $75. for labor. WOW a bit pricey. Now I'm not stupid you girls. I went to ORielly Auto Parts purchased a new battery for $240. (there best) and the guy put the battery in my car for me and I gave him $40. for 10 minutes of work and I received a three year warranty.These two woman Helaine-owner will never put their hands on my car again!!!Nor will they have any referral service work from me!! Look out-BEWARE-bad people.

Very accommodating and completed the repair on time. Did a complete inspection of my 15 year old car and prioritized the needed repairs. They were recommended by my realtor who has amazing contacts in the Verde Valley so I had high expectations and my realtor was correct. Small shop but great performance.
