My family has worked in the auto industry my entire life and this company is the worst I’ve ever worked with and the closest to robbery I’ve ever experienced. Please read this review.
I live here locally and I thought I could trust this place to do something simple..
Cost me over $500 to replace a $30 ignition switch in a 03 Sunfire…
It was $205 to Diagnose (he said it took him a lot longer actually)
$102.50 to install the part he claims was $181.61. The cylinder wasn’t changed the key is the same. He charged the parts cost to replace the whole cylinder.
So yeah $500 to replace something I could have done for $40 at autozone.
I understand places like this need to charge a little extra to keep the doors open.. charging double the average cost, is no way to do business. Two Thumbs Way down ??
Edit: so after I wrote this review when I drove my care the next time I found this on my floor board. So not only did they over charge. But they didn’t properly reinstall the one thing they had to take off, they also left tool marks on it. I screwed it back in and didn’t take it back to the shop lol. I would never take anything here. I would also not buy a fire arm here lol that’s what he seems more focused on.

I've had the pleasure of working with Sean the owner and I’m extremely satisfied with the service. Sean is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of guy who knows his stuff and gets things done. He’s handled everything for me, from basic repairs to more extensive work, like installing a Holley EFI system, and replacing the fuel pump, speedometer, U-joints, driveshaft, starter, and more.
Even though he’s always busy, Sean is courteous, respectful, and makes sure his customers are well taken care of. His prices are fair and reasonable, and he genuinely cares about his customers, always willing to go the extra mile. What I appreciate most is how even-keeled he is—he never whines, complains, or stresses out, even when dealing with tricky issues. There was one time when we realized there was more work that needed to be done after he had told me the truck was finished. Sean felt bad, took care of it quickly, and didn’t charge me. When I asked why, he said, “Well, I told you it was done, and I feel bad about that. So this one’s on me.”
If you’re looking for a skilled and reliable team, I highly recommend this family

I had an emergency with one of my tires and pulled in and he took the time to stop what he was doing to help take a look. He got me on the road to a shop that could help within only minutes of looking and helping to set the tire right. If I was in the area and needed service again 100% would come here.

Don't bother looking for other places, this man is the real deal! A true gentleman and wise mechanic and overall, is a decent one! didn't take advantage that I was in Sedona 1500 miles from Kenner Louisiana but treated me like a brother! Solved the problem with a trick just to I can go on the road again and it lasts the whole trip back to my home! I told him, you are an angel that God put on the road for me!! Honest and descent men like you don't find this days in the mechanic services! So go ahead and take your car there with your confidence and peace of mind! Sean is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics in the Verde Valley. He always takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done and to answer any questions. I have been taking my vehicles to Red's now for several years. I have had starter's replaced, rotors and brakes replaced, alternator's replaced, alignments, tune-ups and many other repairs and I would not trust my truck to anyone else.
