I have to express my delight about how the Family Dollar in Cornville, Az has transformed under the new manager Aurora and her team. The store is clean, friendly and stocked. Such a difference. Kudos to Aurora

The staff is always amazing and friendly however I was unable ro purchase the items I came in to buy do to the fact that the aisles were cluttered with boxes and no way to get around it because all the other aisles were blocked off with boxes

Melissa is the best, my husband forgot the list so I called the store and got Melissa, she wrote the items down and gave it to my husband. Her customer service is on point!

came an hour and a half before closing and the store was dark and closed with no sign explaining the situation. pretty inconvenient and annoying

This is a newer and cleaner Family Dollar/Dollar Tree combo. They do a great job of keeping everything stocked and I'm always greeted up on entry into the store. Very happy this is so close to home.

This store has become a hazard. The isles are nearly impassable, especially if you have a cart. It just has to be a fire hazard. Boxes (empty and full) laying all over the isles as well as display cases in the isles. I’m pretty sure it’s because they have only one person at a time working to be cashier, stocker, etc. it used to be nice but now it’s a disaster. I will never shop there again.

Poor management when it comes to the hiring process.I put in my application, which demonstrated previous work history in customer service, and waited a few days before calling the store to check if it had been received. The person asked for my name, and then told me a manager would get back with me (a.k.a. call me back). It has now been nearly a month, and I have not received any response back regarding my application. On top of that, I'm local.Otherwise, the people working at the cashier post are always friendly.

Had a woman working the register today 2/25/2023 who was completely high as hell. I don’t even know how she was functioning. It’s pretty bad when hired help is so bad they have people who are literally on something while working.

Was looking for old fashioned candy ( like pop rocks, bottle caps, etc). None found here, although a good collection of holiday decor & sweets here.
