Free at last, rip off Cordes realtors seem to be out of business, finally a return to honest deals, yeah OK go ahead and pay 150,000 grand for a 45 yo. Mobil on a small lot. Their lot looks like the rest of Cordes, scrap heap city.

Get real people! This ain't freakin Beverly Hills, it's good ole scrap heap city cordes, these clowns are asking almost two hundred thousand bucks for a fifty year old mobile on an average lot some other person is asking 750 bucks for a place that was going for 490 not that long ago, you should expect that out of Annette, she ripped me off for my five hundred dollar deposit and I'm on disability, and avoid that mobile close to I-17 and hwy. 69 its right behind pilot truck stop try to get a good nights sleep there nothing but diesel fumes and running engines all night I should know thats where I lived when Bob useless ripped me off, Buncha shyster thieves.

yeah no, this place is just not good. well its good for them, since they are the only realty office in town. They are only open when it is convenient for them to be open. Or if someone calls to make an appointment for a showing. We learned that the hard way. But everyone goes through someone else. The owner Annette Eustace is just way too pushy, doesn't listen to the customers on their needs and wants. She is more interested in trying to sell you her own properties so she won't lose more money on her poor choices of her properties of that which she owns. She is also not up to par with the new lingo and styles of the 2000's. We told her what we were interested in and the style, sq. ft., what we expected and she totally ignored our requests and only wanted to show us her properties, which were less than desirable from the 1950's. Big waste of time. We decided to go with another realtor and company. They were awesome, up to date, knowledgeable, even carried a tablet to search for us and get us in to see what we wanted asap. What a pleasure, she even showed us houses that we didn't even know were listed. Amazing!

Back in 2003 I had The Misfortune of buying property from Annette and her husband they totally misrepresented and gave false facts which I found out after I sign the contract my bad my personal opinion is they are very unethical misleading and I would not advise to be buying any property from Cordes Lakes Realty and Annette
