I stayed with this company because it's affordable but I'm starting to believe that it's not worth what I pay. I go through a lot of no service gaps especially at times that are horrible which can be anytime. I somehow get the opportunity to go through the questions so I can be past to a representative and then get hung up numerous times. I wish I can just afford to go with a better company sometimes

I am 65 years old and in one store the young man would not even try but in this store at 985 North Arizona Blvd the sale Rep young lady Breanna she will go beyond the call of duty to help you as the phone reps struggle Breanna took time to do it all Manually. She got it All done so I will have all my doctors family and contacts, apps, photos everything transferred over. I Thank you Metro for hiring this young kind patience lady. To Metro and Because of you Breanna Thank You, Job Well Done.

Javier at Metro shined like a Star. He helped a Woman and old people putting everything on their phones just what they need he was quick kind pleasant, professional, helpful, patient, like having your kid help you. This was a great experience I just had to tell everyone. His helper was nice too Jasmine.

After accidentally choosing the wrong model of new phone we would receive when opening a new account, my brother and I thought we would be locked into a device neither of us really wanted. Thankfully, Metro customer support, and especially in store representative helped us through walking back the process and getting us set up with devices we really wanted! Amber really went above and beyond the call of duty for us!
