Horrible service came in at 4:15 on Friday and the door was locked, with people inside. Do not recommend.

Anabela is very knowledgeable and always friendly.
Their fees are in line with all other 3rd party fees, and are worth every penny.

The employees here are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I will gladly pay a little extra for the convenience of not driving to the MVD office. They are a great company to have in our community.

Phenomenal people! I was having a rather rough time trying to get my vehicle title sorted out, and after running around the state, from one end to the other for multiple days, this place was the only one that was able to help me out and get it sorted in an hour instead of days. They really did save my hide, and one particular employee, Jasmine, was an absolute godsend and honestly deserves a raise.

CIA was MIA. Their hours of operation begin at 10:00AM. I arrive at 10:10 and there are 4 customers waiting outside the door. No lights on inside the building. I wait for 5 minutes and still no signs of life inside. I've had enough! Decide to take care of business online.

Business is supposed to open at 10am. Waited close to 20 mins and left since the business wasn’t opened yet. Apparently this is a repetitive issue. Being understaffed is understandable but if you can’t open on time, don’t be open at all.

CIA is a no bs tag and title place. They are always able to help me get the documents I needed for complicated situations I was put in. I will always be a loyal customer, and I tell every one about CIA.

Opens at 10am, line at door and nobody here. Waiting in my truck with windows down, lady walk by and says "she is always late" not a good start. 10:30 as I type this. I understand Small business staffing is tough but what's the back up plan. Line of 10 is now down to 3. That's a big loss & plus don't think it helps future business.
