So I don’t have an account with this Bank but my husband does. He just recently passed and I’ve been trying to get through to figure out how to close his account and they keep sending me letters of his overdraft amount and nobody can answer phone calls because everybody’s always so busy. I understand ir can get busy in the lobby but at least alternate and try to have somebody to answer a damn phone call while others take care of the other customers in the lobby.

Horrible customer service. Told me to park in front of the bank so they could help someone who was behind me after waiting 20min for one person in front of me.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! To start with they do not want to join us in the 21st century. No online banking, no mailed receipt, no emailed receipt, no text nothing to verify they received my payment. I would have no leg to stand on. Their response: "you know we received your payment when the check clears your account". Who still writes checks?! They have the neat new thing called bill pay.
