first and foremost customer service if you don't have it, then you shouldn't be working specially, at a drive-through or a walk-in store what I really am not impressed with. Is you try to call and no one ever answers the phone second of all you have an employee that is pretty dirty. His hair is greasy all the time I've never seen it clean. I'm sorry, but if your hair is greasy, are you washing your hands and then you have employees that don't know answers to a question I don't know sometimes I think you hire people for the ugliness, I don't know why, but you two are great owners but whoever does the hiring you need to change your hiring process
