We have used Congress Self Storage multiple times over the last few years and had a very positive experience every time. Very easy to rent, pay, and move out. The owners make the whole process very simple and are easy to communicate with!

Clean unit fitted our needs. What was most impressive was that Todd was always reachable if I had a question and the customer service couldn't be better. I highly recommend this storage facility. I'll be in touch with him fir sure if I have future storage needs here in Congress.
