This cute boutique hotel only has a few rooms, so be sure to book in advance. We stayed in the largest room located above the brewery. The room was clean, exceptionally comfortable and quiet. The open space made it feel so luxurious.

Highly recommend, wish I could give more stars. We rode the Verde Canyon Train in town earlier in the day and wanted to stay the night locally and found this gem! Wow. I loved the ease of not really needing to check in as we already had the code to our room, which made things really nice. The building was very nicely renovated but yet still had that charm of being an older building. We stayed in room #3 and it was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. We had a great view of the park across the street. They even left me a sweet birthday card on the counter, which was very thoughtful. Will stay again!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-day stay at Park Hotel in Clarkdale. We were in town to take a ride on the Verde Canyon Railroad. We found our room to be comfortable, inviting, and well-equipped. In the room was a king-size bed and sofa sleeper. A nice desk was in a corner of the room equipped with a lamp and an 8-port USB charger. Above the desk was a flat screen TV on which guests could log into Amazon Prime or their own Netflix account. A shelving unit with multiple nooks provided good storage options. Built into the shelves was a kitchenette (sink, microwave oven, and refrigerator), a coffee maker, and branded coffee mugs. The shower was large with beautiful tile work, and the vanity area was spacious and outside the shower area so that steaming up the mirror was not an issue. Everything in the room worked properly, and the room looked and smelled fresh and clean. Things to know about staying here: (1) Unless you choose to stay in one of their two units designed for disabled people, you will have a couple flights of stairs to take to get to your room. Be prepared to be able to carry your luggage up the stairway. (2) Check in is done in advance, and there is nobody to see at the front desk upon arrival. In fact, there is no front desk. There is an office downstairs, but the door was closed when we arrived. The door code to your room is arranged in advance of your arrival. (3) There are not a lot of eating options in Clarkdale. However, a short two-mile drive to Cottonwood provides many great eating options. (4) This place seems to be primarily designed for couples looking for a nice getaway in a unique location. I don't think that I would necessarily consider this a family hotel. (5) Parking is on the street. We had no problem parking near the hotel during our visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property on Sept 30th, for 2 nights. The Suite is first class, and the service was perfect. We will be back on our next visit to the area. Thank you for making our stay there a wonderful experience! DJ and Kenny

Loved this charming hotel! Easy self check-in. Great location - across the street from a small park. It is next to a wonderful brewery, so go grab a pint. An easy drive to Cottonwood for shopping and restaurants. The room we stayed in was beautiful. Highly recommend if passing through Clarkdale.

This place is a gem and I'm glad we found it. It is a cool old building with spacious, modern, and CLEAN rooms. Also, we had a pretty view of the park and mountains. Great amenities and the room was very quiet. Best sleep I've had in a hotel in a while. It's also only 2 minutes from the Verde Canyon Railroad, so if you decide to do the starlight ride on the train, this is a convenient place to stay. 10/10 recommend

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed and quite possibly the best hotel bed ever. These rooms have so many amenities and great location to the Verde Canyon railroad and downtown cottonwood.

Loved staying here! So many amenities! Room was ready early and was so cute inside! Area was nice and quiet and we had a lovely view of the park. Snacks downstairs with water bottles, coffee, tea, and even lawn chairs to use at the park! Walking distance from restaurants and a couple cute shops. Very close to Cottonwood and Jerome - an easy 5/10 minute drive. Check in was super easy and done via text. Loved every minute of our stay. Highly highly recommend!

Really nice place. It's quaint exterior doesn't tell you that the rooms inside are fantastic. Very spacious with all the modern amenities. To top it off there is the micro brewery connected downstairs. Clarkdale is a quiet town.... not much food or nightlife... Hopefully that improves over time to support these newer businesses. We will be back... lots for us to do here...
