I had an extremely unpleasant experience with an office male postal employee. I did file a complaint and the postmaster did respond, but I chose not to go in to speak further with him. Then we received news that "someone" above him decreed that our group of mailboxes be moved even further from our home. Have never had a post office before that didn't go out of their way to service of their ability to all they service in their area.

I could not find flat rate envelopes ANYWHERE and after 2 hours of hunting nearby towns for envelopes at post offices which were all empty, I stumbled upon this one. First post office that I’ve seen that is actually stocked so thank you

Recently needed some help with retrieving a package and the staff was extremely nice, accommodating, and solved my problem quickly. Not the “typical” USPS employees who are normally put off, self-centered, and annoyed by tax paying customers. Shout out to Chino Valley, AZ USPS…thank you!

I ordered some bare root tree saplings, they need to be planted right away and they arrived early Saturday morning at the post office in Chino but their focus seemed to be on having Memorial Day Off not on delivering my package because it was too big fit in my mailbox but they didn't bother to call or leave a note that it had arrived. They just stored them at the post office Saturday Sunday Monday until Tuesday when I came in and asked for my trees.When it comes to their day off or murdering your trees you'll know which one comes first

Worst at keeping track of mail, I was told I had a package delivered I had made a call asking for an investigation the lady started it then a day or two later says she's closing it due to it "being delivered " although I checked the mail consecutively from the dates it was said to be delivered and it wasn't there, I asked for proof that the package was in the mailbox (she told me they had a picture of the package in the mailbox and they had scanned the barcode that proves it was delivered ) and I have not received an e-mail nor phone call back after she only had sent me a screenshot of my mailbox from GOOGLE MAPS and not even a picture of the mailbox& package when she said it was still in there the same three days I checked it , for a FEDERAL job this specific location is super unprofessional ,this has not been my only issue with this location

Worst post office ever...called a man up past my daughter....I am injured and she beat me in the door and got I line. Then told me they were closed!!Told me my daughter did not count as a person because she is a child...maybe justice lump of cells at 8 years old helping her mother mail out packages.I get to get out rarely due to my injuries. They could not help the woman and child but helped every old man in line over and around us.Crappy people..crappy supervisor.

This is the best post office I've ever been to! I go every couple of weeks, and the desk clerks are so helpful and kind, bright and efficient - they are truly gems and I appreciate them so much.

I really like this post office. The staff is friendly and efficient. Coming from Prescott and having to deal with lines there, this one is much less crowded.
