Not impressed with the "friendly" service. I feel like an inconvenience sometimes. A little depressing to go there. But never had any shipping issues. They do need a lighted sign that says open or closed since the shading on the windows is so dark it looks closed all the time. The best place in town is Ship n Copy. They have the friendliest and most helpfull staff ever.

I went to the UPS store in Chino Valley Arizona to return 2 Amazon packages and the clerk said he has to charge me $1 to tape each package. Unreal $1 each for 10" of tape.
