Watching them taking beyond the extra care for my vehicle being towed to a repair shop is the reason why I love tri-city towing for our community. I’m happy with the service and how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is, them reassuring me, and giving me additional knowledge on how they can work with my insurance company on another issue I had with picking up a rental, I really appreciate them for everything. 100/100 excellence in the industry and for being local.

Mark Anthony did a great job towing my car. I have AAA & I was just shocked that with all of the tow trucks that your company owns we had to stop in Black Canyon City, pick up another vehicle, drop it 1st & then 2nd he drops off my vehicle. Mark Anthony is doing a good job. Why would the dispatcher do that is beyond me & the 5 star rating only goes to Mark Anthony. The rating for your company would be in the negative because of the company having no consideration to me the 1st tow that had a call placed hours before the 2nd call.

I would Like to Thank Tim from Tri city towing for being Very professional, with a great Attitude. You tell he loves his Job which is helping people. I hit a deer on I 17 around Munds park. I called my Ins company the contact Tri city towing. They sent Tim out he was very understanding and prompt, class act of a person to get to my vehicle. Took me and all the way back to the Valley from Munds Park. I would recommend Tri city Towing. (Tim) Thanks an again.

What a absolute disappointment.
I called Friday afternoon and made an appointment for Saturday morning at 8am to take my truck to the mechanic, not only did nobody call me to let me know that they were running late but I had to call them multiple times for updates and the tow truck was over two hours late.
I will never recommend or use this company again

Garrett was extremely professional and helpful. He gave me a tow and then did a fantastic job of getting the vehicle parked, despite it being basically non-operational. True expertise and great service - felt very safe and reliable!

The best service I have had.I had a flat Tire and they( Terry) was there promptly. I watched this guy change my tire within two minutes, he was so polite, he offered us water and made sure my kids was safe. If anyone gets roadside ask to have Terry, a very professional guy.

Come to get my car and they pile on a lot of extra fees they didn't discuss on the phone. Credit card fee never said bring cash. After hours fee they said would apply after 12. Buyer beware they have no problems scamming you out of extra money since they've got your car and refuse to release until you pay Complete rip off!!!!

Would not recommend this company, especially if you are in the trucking business. Had a truck and trailer go over on it's side and Tri-City Towing decided to do some price gouging on us. We are small company and it really hurt us. We will complain to our insurance about this for sure. I will never use them as they have no problem taking advatage of others in a tough situation! Lesson learned!!!

Anthony came to my rescue when I had a flat coming up Black Cyn on the I-17. My spare was flat too. He brought my tire into Arcosanti and filled the spare.
