I shop here once a week. The couple there are always friendly and have my tobacco in stock.
Updated review : I still go in weekly. The owner is always very sweet to me. As soon as I walk in, she is placing my tobacco on the counter. That's no fuss , good customer service.

The woman that works in there is very unfriendly and they have a big bird in a small cage, can barely move in there. It has lost a lot of his feathers and that means the bird is depressed. The cage is very unsanitary. I will never go again and I hope they get the bird taken away from them and the bird can be nursed back to good health. He needs to be with someone who is going to spend time with him and take care of him. Sad.
