So professional. In and out in 15 minutes. The phlebotomist didn't even leave a bruise. Highly recommend. Very much worth the parking issues and the grocery shoppers everywhere. Too bad Starbucks sucks in that Safeway store.

Walked in last Friday @ 7:40 in hopes for routine blood drawn as I was fasting. Went to CV Labcorp first; temporarily closed. The technician was the only person in the lab. I asked if she could take a walk in since there was NO ONE in the place. She said no because I didn’t have an appointment. I asked again as she could since there was NO ONE in the lab! No one waiting. Obviously no one showed for a 7:30 appointment. She still denied me. Lazy employee if you asked me! Obviously Sonora doesn’t want business.Won’t ever go back. Drive to PV Labcorp for friendly quick service. In n out in 25 minutes!

I've been using Sonora Quest lab at the Safeway Location for some time and I have found it to be a well run facility. The ladies who work there are very nice and have gone out of their way to help me when I have had an issue.

No walk-ins (website says otherwise), appointments 3 weeks out, and would not accept a blood draw from doctor's office as an alternative like website stated. Child was fasting and off meds per order. Staff was extremely rude and told me drive 25 minutes to another town if i wanted different service. Will NEVER use them for myself or children again.

Their policy has changed to NO WALK-INS, so we made an appointment, arrived on time, and then stood outside of the door for 30 minutes before we were seen.

This location was clean and inviting. There was a hiccup with my lab order and Tessa was extremely helpful at resolving the issue so I could have labs pulled immediately. Thank you for the high quality patient care!

On a scale of one to ten, with 10 being the highest, your client services and appointment help line are a minis ten!! Nobody will answer the phone in a timely manner. Waiting 17 minutes to schedule anything is absolutely. . .

I have been using this this lab for my mom's blood and other diagnostic tests for the past 8 years. The people who work there are always efficient and kind. I like to use the Sonora Quest website to get an appointment. If I have an appointment, there is never a wait beyond 5 minutes, no matter how full the lobby is. I highly recommend this facility if your insurance allows this option. Just make sure to make an appointment as they are very busy with walk-ins. Don't be a walk-in.

Guess I have no give it one star since you can't put zero....never enough help, severely understaffed, long long waits. Closes early so you can't even come in later to avoid morning and afternoon crowds. Every time I've been here it's the same. Not even enough chairs to seat everyone. Stood for over a half hour until I got a chair. If you can go somewhere else!

The office in Casa Grande has been fighting computer issues for over a week constantly having to reboot the computers to gain access to the remote computer server. Wh a company this large does not have a back up local server to keep patient flow moving speaks to the lack of concern on patient waiting time. The front entrance is dirty with the rug scrunched up on the side of the entrance for what appears to be a long time. The waiting room chairs have worn through in spots exposing the stuffing. The middle of the floor is clean but the edges and baseboards do not appear to be maintained on a regular basis. I have called their executive offices twice today but no one has responded. This speaks to their lack of concern to patient complaints. My wait was prolonged for 20-30 minutes because of their computer issues
