Had roger change oil and fix a few minor things on my daughters truck after traveling across country. He did awesome and was reasonably priced. Had him also go over it before taking it back across country. Happy with service and price. Very good job...

I had my 1976 GMC Motorhome towed to Roger's from Flagstaff, Arizona after driving it all the way from Orlando, Florida. In just a few days he found the overheating problem, had it repaired and the GMC has been fine since then. Roger worked on my fleet of Oldsmobiles when he was in Orange, CA and I will send a car to him, even if it means trailering it myself, to get superior work done.

My brother took his 2002 Ford Explorer V8 in for a potentially bad idler pulley, and/or broken valve spring. Roger looked at it and confirmed the bad pulley but said the other noise we were hearing was from a "cam phaser". He did not pull the valve cover to verify our concerns, granted he looked at it free of charge, we would have gladly paid to VERIFY the problem. Instead we got an ASSUMPTION of a cam phaser which doesn't even EXIST on a 2002 TWO VALVE V8. Cam phasers started in 2005 on Ford's Modular THREE VALVE V8s. I've only been in the automotive industry for 5 years, so i called Galpin Ford to verify my concern, which their tech said I am ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. More than likely a broken valve spring. Tried calling Roger twice after hearing this from my brother and got no answer or answering machine.

Roger himself is quite a personality. He speaks his mind and he knows everything - right or wrong. They do good quality service and repairs at fair costs. Roger told me his opinions on a couple of his assumptions concerning my two vehicles that were not correct. I've not been back again.
