I had to get an interlock installed and this company failed to provide customer service especially when it’s their fault that I had to wait all weekend then Monday came & they stilll couldn’t get it installed until Tuesday & I was not able to drive my car because it’s a requirement in order to have my license.
The guy on the phone asked me where I was from when I was explaining my frustration. I’m born & raised in Prescott AZ. So this was just outrageous & unprofessional. Turns out he was from OHIO, even though this has nothing todo with my car he’s trying to turn it on me and make it seem like I’m in the wrong when their company failed to keep my appointment at the time it was scheduled or to install the system at my appointment time. I dropped my car off early in the morning and arranged rides to and from prescott for my job just for them to do nothing. I think he was racist or prejudice. You would think after all this time racism would dye down in this town but with all these new people moving here it seems to keep carrying on. How pathetic.
I had just gotten my car & now there’s a problem with my lower left control arm & ball joint. What coincidence? Because a mechanic had just looked at my car and nothing was wrong but after I took it to Morrison motors it started making a weird sound when I turn left & now my lower left control arm and ball point are messed up? Super scandalous would NOT recommend.

Jordan was the best! So genuine and helpful. I really appreciated his attention to detail along with him being so knowledgeable and informative. He and his daughter treated us like family and were very accommodating.

I got a DUI and I took the device to calibrate and they told me that it was the battery and I went to buy a new one I took it and then they told me that it was the start button and they put me another one and I went for my car and I paid them 380 only for the hours they worked and they damaged my clutch and they didn't want to be responsible I don't recommend it they are the worst

I asked for an estimate and it was $1100. Then I was told I really shouldn't drive the car without replacing the spark plugs. I had the 6 spark plugs done, $400. I had an off and on oil leak after having an oil change at a different shop. At Morrison I was told I needed to replace the oil pan, $200. They also told me the battery needed to be replaced that I just purchased at Costco in September. I had the battery tested at O'Reilly. He tested the alternator, starter, and the battery, and told me there was nothing wrong with any of that, just that the battery needed more charge. These car repair shops, they take your car into the garage and you have no idea what they're doing. And when a man sees a single woman coming, there are times we women get ripped off! I will never go to Morrison Motors again!

I try to do all my auto work because of reliability/trust issues with auto shops. Truck needed a fuel pump and the gas tank needs to be dropped to replace. Too much work for me to do. Took truck in to replace a fuel pump. I provided the fuel pump. Took about 3 hours. Once picked up, told me fuel pump works but gauge is reading empty. (this pump is in the tank and there is a lever with a float attached to the pump). Went to the gas station to put in gas and tank would not vent at all. Couldn't fill it. They stated I must have a bad pump. Got a new one under warranty and went to another shop. Found out first shop pinched a wire in the new pump, forgot to attach the float and lever to the new pump, and crushed a vent line with one of the tank support brackets. I guess my reliability / trust issues are valid.

I have an intoxalock installed by another shop. Piss-poor job by them and managed to get my truck to this shop. Not only did they inspect another shop’s work for me, they are now helping me fix it and billing Intoxalock for their device not working. They have gone above and beyond for me already and I don’t even have my truck back yet. Intoxalock is the absolute WORST, but these guys handle it all so well. Stellar shop. All of the stars for them!!

My son hot a DUI and had to get an anti-lock system installedThe only place that does this is Morrison Motors. They only take cash (unless you want to pay a 4% processing fee to use a credit card. To get the system installed, we had to pay $300. Every 3 months, we have to go back to get the system re-calibrated. The battery was ruined from this system, and we had to buy a new battery. I had to pay again with cash and had to have the car towed there. When my son is done with this, I will have to pay another $125 to get the system off the car. Think this thing ordered by the courts is a rip-off for consumers. I almost forgot they charge you $50/week to rent the equipment. There should be more than 1 auto place that provides this service. After this experience, I will never go to Morrison Motors again.

The guys at Morrison motors are great. I got great service in a timely manner at an awesome price. Definitely coming back for more work to be done.
