Working with Gerald was excellent. He was easy to communicate with and very professional. His experience was helpful and informative from the beginning to the end of our purchase. He worked with our time lines as we were coming from out of state so he needed to coordinate the viewings of homes we liked to fit our 4 days in town. We also needed the shortest escrow possible because we had already sold our house here in CA and needed to shop for and purchase a home in AZ and be out so the new owners could move in within 60 days. Gerald went above and beyond 'the call of duty' to help us find and purchase the perfect home for us. Thank you Gerald!

I would highly recommend Gerald Szymanski as a real estate agent. He made the process of selling my fathers home seamless. He communicated very well with us through the entire process from our first meeting through the closing of escrow. The home sold quickly and escrow closed on the anticipated date.
