Beware if you use this company. I rented from them for 8 weeks and lost $2000 of my deposit for supposed damages ... I was not able to look at these 'damages' and had no recourse ... they had my deposit $$$ and I had no say in the matter... would not use them unless you get it in writing that they have to notify you about any issues which would result in deductions from your deposit

Garden Brook Realty is lucky to have Lauren Lessard. She was available without question for any thing we needed going above and beyond. She's the reason for the 5 Stars! Don't buy without calling Lauren first!!

I rented from Garden Brook Realty for two years. I had had poor experiences with other rental companies in the area previously, but Garden Brook was incredibly easy to work with. They were reliable, tech-savvy (the online rent portal was amazing), and timely with any issues I had. They were very respectful of my space and always communicated their needs very clearly.
