They have the best customer service, here is Arizona that is hard to find a Business that takes care of us and our family roadside needs.
They get there quick, take care of you issues and send you on your way with a smile.
They make you feel like family.

We had a flat tire on the 169 highway last Saturday night. I can't remember the young man's name, but he was prompt, efficient, polite and sent us back on our way in no time! I highly recommend Custom Towing for any car needs!

I was very impressed with Custom Towing. Our driver was James. He came out on a Sunday and was as pleasant as he could be. He made us feel very comfortable as he knew exactly what to do to get our car towed to our home. James arrived within 8 minutes of getting our message. I would highly recommend Custom Towing and James for all your Towing needs!!

We had to have our vehicle towed last night. When we showed up for the towing, I was unaware that my vehicle was up on jackstands in the front. I could tell the tow truck driver Nick was irritated, but he got the vehicle off the jackstands, with some work. When we arrived at our complex, he also helped push the vehicle into the parking spot.NIck went above and beyond what he was required to do. Even though he did extra, he didn't treat us badly or complain. We really appreciate his help with everything. We needed a tow/lift on a Sunday morning. I have AAA road service. We were quite please that understanding road service is done by rotation with services that work for AAA. We got Custom Towing which we have used before. As usual the service was stellar. Andrew was the attendant and if we were going to go an a scale of 1 to 10 he would without question get a 20. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and just a really great individual. Custom truly has the right guy for the job.
