Nicholas Kennedy has been so great to work with. I have had several experiences working with Oakwood Homes over the years. Usually I am on the real estate side helping Oakwood customers find land, as I am a real estate agent. Claudia is professional, trustworthy over-the-top kind and compassionate. Just recently I had the opportunity to work with Claudua as a customer for a home to place on a property my husband and I owned with a dilapidated old manufactured home on it. Claudia took care of everything for us. The old home was removed and a new beautiful Home paced. The process was simple and stress-free! I think everyone who knows Claudia benefits just from knowing her. She is simply a lovely human being!

Our experience with this company was poor at best. We picked out a piece of land and were told not to buy it ("too risky to build there"). We picked out a home and were told we couldn't have that one because it didn't have sprinklers (turns out sprinklers are not required where we are building). We asked a handful questions about estimated engineering costs to build the home we wanted on the land we wanted. Rather than answer the questions, we were told to give them a non-ref

Just had new tires put on my Tahoe and a front end alignment. we've taken several vehicles here and also just rolled in with a flat tire. They are on it every time! Sergio ordered my tires and called us the next day to say they were in! Sergio is such a nice guy too! We got a good visit in after I came back from A2Z. Highly recommend!

They sold my husband a bad tire, LIED ABOUT THE TIRE BEING NEW! Denied to give him his receipt, and ignored him when he wanted a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
