The owner is an absolute jerk. I had great communication with a mechanic. But when the owner got involved, I asked questions about time and type of work. He got pissy and told me to leave. I was ready to sign on a $1700 job. It’s not worth dealing with jerks.

I was informed that Brian's Garage was the only small engine repair shop in the area. In late March, I called them about fixing my self-propelled Lawn-Boy mower, which had a broken transmission and a minor key start issue. They asked me to bring it in on April 19th due to being busy. Three weeks later, they still hadn't looked at it. Frustrated, I told them to forget it, but I didn't have a truck and couldn't retrieve it. I called back within two days and pleaded with them to fix it. They quoted $297 but advised against the repair. Since Lawn-Boy is no longer made, I asked them to order the part and proceed. Five days later, I visited with the electric start cover and found they hadn't ordered the part. Weeks passed with no progress. After numerous calls, I finally picked up the mower on May 29th. The self-propelled feature was fixed, but they hadn't addressed the key start issue, and my charge cord was not returned.

Took truck to Brian's garage hard to start when warmed up and 4 visits and almost $900 my truck is still hard to start, just got some parts I didn't need. Bad deal going there.

Took our F150 in to have brakes checked, made an appointment got truck in at the appointment time, no waiting, no delays. Great customer service, friendly, fast, efficient. I asked to add an oil change while the truck was there and no problem. Charged far less for the oil change than anywhere else I have been yet.Brian's Garage is my new "Go To" place! Thank you!
