I hope residents of Chino Valley realize how fortunate we are to have such a great auto repair facility for the size of our town. My wife and I have used Bob's a couple of times and have found them to be very honest with a lot of integrity. I would highly recommend them for any automotive repairs needed. They will treat you right!!!

I come here very frequently because I have an IID that needs to be calibrated. I also have a Jeep that is an absolute money pit. I'm really grateful to have Bob's. With the help from David the mechanic and Christiana his wife, I am always left satisfied. It's my fault for buying a Jeep haha but I'm happy to say they have helped me with all my problems and have discounted me a few times as well. This is a family company that you can trust.

Very thankful for the overall help I quickly received at Bob's. Left Chino Valley with confidence and now 4 days later in Washington we have reached our destination with zero problems along the way. Really feel that would not have been the case had we not been blessed to find Bob's Complete (and I mean complete) Automotive.

I’ve been taking my car to Bob’s car for about four years. They are terrific. They are the best & they don’t overcharge. They tell you exactly what you need. Robin and Christiana are the two who answered the phone. They’re terrific and Bob too. I love this place my car runs so well, thank you guys

Bob has taken “care” of my car for several years. Recent they declined to work on my car because I don’t have transportation and needed to wait. It was actually a life saver. They have told me for over a year that the squeak i have heard on my brakes is just dust. It was actually the brake signal that the needed to be replaced they were at 1mm when I just had them replaced and its been under 4000 miles since I was at their shop asking them to diagnose the squeak and its in the notes on my receipt. They replaced my battery less than a year ago and it was so corroded that it once again needed to be replaced. Please for your safety DO NOT trust Bobs with your vehicle. I know stupid me for trusting them. But at least I can share and hope no one else does

Been using Bob's Auto repair for all my vehicles. They are always professional, expedient, and reasonably priced. Bob's is probably one of the best auto shops in Chino Valley.

We had to repair the A/C on my daughter's car, and Bob's has been my go-to auto repair since we moved here. Bob's staff are friendly and HONEST and QUICK - the repair was completed below budget and ahead of schedule! Highly recommended from a satisfied customer - thank you!!!!
