It’s not that they don’t have products, it that many of their staff are rude and unhelpful. I find much better service at the A2Z Home Center on the north side of Chino Valley.

I would give it five stars. But it's not cheap. Not by any means of the word. The people working there are ones that earned the four plus stars. The prices subtracted some. If you need help finding something, this is your place. If you need help ordering something, this is your place. There was one other hardware store in town but nobody working there knows anything about anything. Nor do they know if they have anything. They have no idea what they can and cannot do .Nor do they know what it does. Stick with this place. You won't go wrong.

They wanted $80 for one 1-1/2 x 10' EMT??? What?? Kid at counter would not double check price for me. So we went to HD and got it for $36
