“This Bashas is located in the Navajo Nation Reservation in Northern Arizona. Most people here have been standoffish, and some completely ignored us when we would say hi or excuse me. My family and I are Caucasian Amerians, so I understand and don't blame them. That being said, one employee at this store made a lasting impression on us. Regina, who was working at self checkout (October 7th around 7 PM), was the sweetest, friendliest person I have ever met. She is hilarious, too! We had a few people be very rude to us on the way in, and 3 people asked us for money. We helped them all, and none said thank you. We were left feeling extremely unwelcome and were thinking of checking out of the hotel and leaving. Regina changed our minds. She needs to be recognized for her outstanding customer service and just being an amazing human being. Thank you girl, you are appreciated.”
